How do I create an account?

Open the app and follow the onboarding flow. You can sign up with your Apple ID, Google account, or email address.

How do I reset my password?

Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen. We’ll send a reset link to your registered email address.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings › Your Name › Subscriptions on your iPhone to view or cancel.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to the Settings tab in the app and tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I request my data be deleted?

You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings tab within the app, or email us using the link below.

The app isn’t working correctly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app, or updating to the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, email us below.
